This wine is complex and extremely aromatic. It expresses the characteristics of a ripe Albarino. It has aromas of papaya, mango, orange, nectarine, ripe pear, honeysuckle, fresh ginger and anise. It is full body and has a soft and rich finish.

A blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Albarino.
Made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay by methode traditionnelle. This wine is elegant and dry, with notes of apple, brioche, and toasted almond, followed by a lively finish.
100% Chardonnay.
Disgorging planned for April 2027.
Blend of Chardonnay and Albarino.
Disgorging planned for spring 2028.
We plan to produce a sparkling Albarino from the 2027 harvest and anticipate releasing it in 2030.
We anticipate bottling a 2027 Chardonnay.
